Join Our Team as a Renewable Energy Lawyer at Axiom We are currently seeking Renewable Energy Lawyers to work with our global energy clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in renewable energy law, with expertise in advising clients on project development, financing, regulatory compliance, and transactions in the renewable energy sector. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and support to clients on the development, financing, and implementation of renewable energy projects, including negotiating project agreements, permits, and leases. Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to renewable energy projects, including environmental regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements. Assist clients in structuring and negotiating renewable energy transactions, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs), project acquisitions, and financing arrangements. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on renewable energy, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department setting.
