ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Sets up workstations with all needed packaging, utensils, and supplies · Maintains a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and packaging counter. Takes ownership of area · Prepares and packages food and drink orders according to established guidelines · Reads monitor/screen to identify orders that need to be prepared · Complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies · Verifies accuracy of orders before final delivery to customer · Ensures ingredients and products are fresh and within established holding time · Other general duties include: minor food preparation, stocking of supplies, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash, filling ice bins. · Observes health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines · Maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler. · Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products · Cleans d...
