Position Overview: The Spa Front Desk Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests at Bayside Spa & Fitness. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through professional reception services, appointment coordination, and retail support, including occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and guest engagement.
