Organization: SMCS-Valley Administration Position Overview: Provides clinical expertise, medical communication and quality assessment for the successful and timely transfer/transport and direct admission of patients to and from affiliate facilities. Acts as the single point-of-contact, facilitating arrangements for the patient transfers/transport, and the admission and placement process. Serves as the liaison to physicians, hospitals and other care providers seeking to refer patients.
