As a department manager in the HVAC and controls industry, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional HVAC controls and mechanical service, repair, and installation to our commercial clients. All employees are expected to assist in other roles within their abilities from time to time. Direct the efficient installation of contractual obligations. Recognize growth customers; sell, estimate, and manage safety & production in these continuing relationships on a turnkey basis. Work closely with other department supervisors/managers to assure customer and employee satisfaction and accurate manpower planning.
