Description Engineering Manager - USRM Third Party Data US Retail Markets (USRM) Technology | Innovation Enablement About the role: US Retail Markets (USRM) Technology – Innovation Enablement is seeking a passionate Engineering Manager to lead teams within our Third-Party Data portfolio. This is a highly visible role responsible for building, modernizing, and operating data ingestion and platform capabilities that enable critical business outcomes across USRM. In this role, you will lead engineering teams responsible for delivering scalable, reliable, and secure third-party data services consumed across Property, Auto, and Small Commercial domains. You will partner closely with Product, Architecture, and peer Engineering Managers to shape roadmaps, drive execution, and continuously raise the bar on engineering excellence. This role plays a key part in enabling Frontier – One Auto / One Property, ensuring external data is consistently ingested, enriched, and delivered through shared platforms that support unified customer and policy experiences across lines of business.
