Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Post Partum, (LDRP) Registered Nurse The LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to women and their families throughout the childbirth continuum, including labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. Embracing the LDRP model of care, the RN ensures a seamless and supportive experience from labor through postpartum, fostering a strong mother-baby dyad (mother-baby pair). The LDRP - RN demonstrates clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, compassion, and effective communication to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.
