Business Development Associate – Data Centers

Job description

The Role We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support origination efforts by building customer proposals, maintaining CRM discipline, managing pipeline analytics, and coordinating cross-functional proposal inputs. This is a high-impact role central to scaling a repeatable hyperscale sales engine. This role reports to our Chief Business Officer, Data Centers, and is based in our New York City office. Key responsibilities will include: - Build detailed commercial proposals for hyperscale data center customers. - Coordinate inputs from engineering, regulatory, finance, and operations. - Develop pricing models and scenario analyses. - Own the CRM system accuracy and reporting. - Track deal stage progression, probability weighting, and revenue forecasting. - Generate weekly pipeline dashboards for executive leadership. - Support tariff comparisons, generation cost modelling, and sensitivity analyses. - Assist with LOIs, term sheets, and commercial summaries.
