Job Description: The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading and overseeing all medical services across Valle del Sol health centers, including primary care, psychiatric, behavioral health, and opioid treatment services. This executive position balances clinical care (20–40% of time) with strategic leadership duties (60–80%), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and integrated healthcare. The CMO directly supervises the Medical Director of Primary Care and Psychiatry and collaborates across departments to align care standards, improve outcomes, and support provider excellence.
