We are seeking a full-time or part-time CNA for our Goleta program working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! The certified nursing assistant position provides quality nursing care to individuals served in accordance to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Duties include but are not limited to the following: assist individuals with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, incontinence care; transfers, lifts, moves, and transports individuals using proper body mechanics or lifting divides for accident prevention; communicates effectively and tactfully with individuals served, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors; is knowledgeable of individualized care plans and provides support according to the individual's care plan .
