Job Summary: Summary Inpatient Operations Pharmacists contribute to both operational and clinical pharmacy services at Massachusetts General Hospital. Pharmacists ensure daily distribution, repackaging, compounding, and perioperative operations are carried out effectively, and provide final product verification for medications. Staff provide clinical support to several onsite clinics, as well as Home Hospital patient populations. Team members contribute to department and enterprise-wide goals via quality improvement initiatives, medication safety workgroups, staff-led projects, and more.
