SUMMARY: The Controls & Integration Manager leads and develops the electrical engineering team and directs the planning, coordination, and completion of engineering projects. This role coordinates programs and activities to resolve manufacturing issues and support new process launches. The manager is accountable for developing controls and integration manufacturing capabilities and ensuring efficient, high-quality processing. Key Responsibility: Owns plant controls and integration capability by (1) leading the electrical/controls engineering team, (2) governing controls standards, lifecycle/obsolescence strategy, and regulatory compliance, and (3) delivering projects and process-data solutions that improve operational reliability, decision-making, and continuous improvement across the facility.
