PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Navy ERP Financial Module SME to join us in support of our government customer, the NAVSEA ERP Business Office, based in Indian Head, MD. The position entails customer support, error resolution, and testing. T asking will include supporting daily operations, end user support, system releases, data integrity, and special projects. Teleworking is available, however the analyst may be required to be onsite in Indian Head, MD a couple of times per week. Role & Responsibilities: Under broad supervision, conduct operations in support of the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office, coordinate events, provide expert business process and ERP solution consultation, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close service desk tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) and Business Operation Services.
