Job Description Summary The Project Director (PD) is responsible for the execution leadership of a defined subset of large, complex projects within the NAM GSI Behind the Meter (BTM) portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Portfolio Leader, the PD provides hands-on oversight, governance, and execution discipline across multiple projects led by Senior Project Managers. The PD ensures consistent delivery performance across assigned projects, focusing on schedule adherence, cost control, risk management, EHS, and quality, while escalating portfolio-level risks, trade-offs, and constraints to the Portfolio Leader. This role acts as the primary execution integrator, translating portfolio strategy and priorities into disciplined project delivery.
