Let’s talk about the role: In this key role, you will relaunch and rebuild Napapijri’s wholesale business in Germany , starting from a limited base and developing a strong, sustainable distribution. The initial focus will be on Menswear and Footwear, with phased expansion into Womenswear and Kids. How you will make a difference Lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market, defining distribution and growth strategy in line with brand positioning. Identify, open, and develop strategic local key accounts, building long‑term partnerships. Personally manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong hands‑on sales approach.
