This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company. ABOUT THE POSITION: The Director of IDR (International Distributor Regions) Marketing is responsible for supporting the development of regional strategy and execution of marketing across distributor markets outside of the US. This person and their team will act as a conduit of global information, direction, assets, and toolkits, partnering with local Distributor teams to implement and in some cases localize Columbia marketing. You will work closely with the expanded IDR team including Sales, Merch and Ops teams, as well as with the global Product Marketing, NA Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to scale Brand stories and initiatives in the regional markets to enable them to create region-specific marketing, as appropriate.
