Regional Project Manager, Construction & Infrastructure

Job description

The Regional Project Manager (RPM) will be responsible for planning and overseeing capital projects. The RPM will support the Construction & Infrastructure department by performing various duties and initiatives. Duties include but are not limited to the initiation of new projects and managing architects and engineers in the design phase to develop project requirements, schematic designs, and construction documents within approved budgets. Preparing bid documents and negotiating contracts with general contractors and/or vendors, updating stakeholders on the construction status, conducting routine site visits to review progress, and facilitating efforts for successful project closeout. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversight and management of the five phases of Construction & Infrastructure projects: initiation phase, design phase, bid phase, construction phase, and closeout phase. - Execute project estimating, request for proposals (RFP), analysis of bids, and project execution. - Establish project budgets and control project costs - Manage the full life cycle of the project according to strict milestone deadlines. - Completes financial analysis of the request for propos...
