Job DetailsJob Location: El Paso - Socorro, TX 79927Salary Range: $14.00 - $15.00 Hourly Vanguard Truck Centers owns and operates full service commercial truck centers in the United States. Our unique footprint allows us to provide a diverse range of products and services across many industries, and across the country. This lets us offer a unique mentorship program we call the Vanguard FastTrack. The goal of FastTrack is to welcome entry level technicians giving them a clear and mapped out path to success as a technician at Vanguard Truck Centers. Vanguard FastTrack will provide the training and tools necessary by matching the entry level technician with a training program and a mentor over the course of one year. When the technician graduates from FastTrack they will be able to be confident enough to thrive in their career with Vanguard Truck Centers. In return, you will graduate from FastTrack fully trained, certified, and ready to continue your career with Vanguard Truck Centers.
