Release Manager

Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Brno R&D team as a Release Manager. In this role, you will help introduce structured product release management that supports the development of control systems for VELUX roof windows and their accessories. Meet your future team: You will join an international team working on future-ready solutions for mechatronic products and system ecosystems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark, with occasional travel of up to 15 days per year to support joint activities and strengthen cross-location alignment. What you will do: · Introduce systematic and structured product release management. · Create and maintain the product release calendar. · Define and track QA targets. · Approve gate deliverables and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. · Manage firmware packages and release documentation. · Plan and oversee release deployment. · Analyze end-customer feedback and provide input to product development. · Continuously improve test and release-related processes. · Collaborate intensively across the organization (product owners, development teams, test teams, compliance, technical support).
