Company Description Finance: Job Description: Corporate Security & Investigations Background Screening Rep - Hybrid: First month: four (4) days per week in the office for training. Post training: three (3) days per week in the office. About the Role: We are seeking a Background Screening Representative to support our Workforce Screening function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that background screening for employees and contingent workers is completed accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with regulatory requirements prior to start dates. You will work closely with candidates, internal stakeholders, and third party screening vendors to manage background check cases, resolve discrepancies, and escalate adverse findings as needed.
