Description The School of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts (PVFA) at Texas A&M University invites applications for a one-year Visiting Lecturer for a non-tenure accruing position with a full-time, 9-month academic appointment beginning Fall 2023. The school and the Technical Arts and Interactive Media Section seek an individual who demonstrates expertise in interactive design. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in user experience/user interface design, interaction design, and design thinking. Candidates should be able to teach a variety of courses in the undergraduate degree programs in Visualization. Candidates are expected to teach undergraduate courses in visualization, develop and implement new curriculum pertaining to PVFA programs, particularly in the area of interactive design, and contribute to academic service.
