The WTW Pacific Intern Program is a structured, immersive experience designed for students to bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice in insurance and risk management. Program Structure & Eligibility: - Academic Status: This program is specifically designed for students in their final year of studies . - Work-Study Balance: You will continue to complete your degree while simultaneously gaining practical experience working within our business. - Duration & Commitment: The program runs for 10 months , requiring a commitment on average of 2–3 days per week . - Employment Basis: Interns work on a casual basis , utilising a timesheet system to be paid for the specific hours worked (typically 2–3 days).
