We believe that pushing boundaries, both on and off the mountain, leads to growth and fulfillment. Job Duties: You will learn people skills and customer service skills in this role. You will learn technical skills and get certified as a Level 1 Ropes Practitioner. Work hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm (weather/business dependent) with unpaid 30-minute lunch break - Inspecting the ropes adventure course and all safety gear each day - Properly harness and de-harness guests for their time on the course - Give ground school orientation to guests before they enter the course - Coach guests through the course when needed - Pass the written and practical exam to become a Level 1 Ropes Practitioner - Obey all safety protocols - Work with Summer Camp Staff to facilitate campers’ schedules on the course - Work together with the team to provi...
