This role reports directly to the Manager, Operations and Quality Control. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain expertise of EPIC Broker Management System. Deliver the highest standard of review and processing of New Business and Remarket policies within EPIC and Carrier partner systems. Engage with team daily to drive productivity and troubleshoot for issue resolution. Display strong written and verbal communication skills. Work cohesively with team to achieve desired results with daily tasks and responsibilities while adhering to HUB Standards. Display strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
