WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE: Supervise and lead a team of production employees to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality. Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards. Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and supports nVent's safety programs. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands and deadlines. Train, coach, and evaluate production team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Review and submit payroll hours on a weekly basis, entering exception hours as needed. Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
