Departmental Preferences: Responsible for solving highly complex business cases by understanding problem statements and conditions to generate workable hypotheses and solve by creating data driven models. Leads data discovery and analyses, integrates and prepares large and varied datasets, and builds specialized databases and computing environments. Develops highly complex models by utilizing statistical, algorithmic and visualization techniques and provides insights for cross-functional teams within Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and its subsidiaries.
