About The Role We're building the operating system for in-house legal. As the first Program Manager, Academy at GC AI, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GC AI's award-winning educational program and growth engine, the GC AI Academy. You will shape the educational roadmap, integrating our industry-leading classes with our broader business and growth goals, and identify how our classes and engagement with attorneys drive measurable business outcomes across adoption, pipeline, and retention. You will work directly with a cross-functional team of solutions attorneys, legal operations professionals, and data analysts to build and scale a multidisciplinary educational program that teaches lawyers how to leverage AI and drives measurable impact on GC AI's growth. Why This Role Matters: We've raised $60M at a $555M valuation because we've built something legal teams love to use (70+ NPS, which is unheard of in legal software).
