Job description
At The Bridge, we’re a community‑minded not‑for‑profit that supports people across Victoria to live lives that feel meaningful to them. We work alongside people through NDIS programs, employment pathways, recreation, respite, and life skills development — always with a focus on strengths, choice, and connection. We’re looking for a casual Support Worker to join our Day Services team. Day Services run Monday to Friday , with shifts from 9am to 3pm , supporting people to build skills, confidence, and community in ways that work for them across multiple locations in the Southeast. Please note this role requires a minimum of a Certificate IV in Disability (or higher/equivalent).
