As part of the Waitstaff you will impact the lives of our residents by preparing and serving nourishing, palatable and appealing meals. You will be responsible for driving excellence and ensuring that your customer service delivers the required results aligned with Buckner’s mission, vision, and values. What you'll do: - Must be upbeat, courteous, and positive. - Possesses great guest relation and communications skills. - Deliver hospitality, enhance every guest experience. - Be able to navigate through the menu, describe featured menu items. Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge. - Take accurate food and beverage orders. Be able to send orders to kitchen accurately through the point of sales system. Partner with all associates to serve food and beverages in a timely manner. - Cash handling, including, but not limited to counting and balancing cash register.
