We are looking for a People Manager in App Releasing, Software Solutions focused on developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence. You will have full responsibility for the personal and professional development of cross-competence professionals in 5 system teams (approx. 20 employees). Your responsibilities include recruiting & hiring, performance management, and fostering a growth mindset. Your teams are working within DevOps, test automation, verification and releasing of a medical mobile app which is a part of the Demant hearing aid solution.
