We have an excellent opportunity for a Chip Seal Superintendent in our Southern Idaho Division located in the Boise Valley! Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. -Responsible for the direct supervision of daily work assignments and communicates with foremen to determine appropriate staffing and scheduling needs, materials and equipment requirements, repairs and maintenance, jobsite traffic control, monitoring project performance, and ensuring that project is completed according to project specifications. -Review project details with project manager on a weekly basis and monitor work progress to meet project schedules and specifications. -Provide strong leadership skills by possessing the ability to motivate and provide mentorship to all employees, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
