Therapeutic Officer About the Role: In this role, you’ll work closely with frontline staff to strengthen therapeutic practice, improve outcomes for children and families, and embed evidence‑informed approaches across service delivery. While this is not a traditional caseload‑based role, your clinical expertise will be critical. You’ll provide guidance, consultation and oversight, support complex decision‑making, and help build the confidence and capability of those delivering care on the ground. The role offers genuine flexibility—part‑time or full‑time, with days negotiated for the right candidate, and a hybrid working arrangement. On‑site attendance will be required at times to support teams, collaboration and clinical activities.
