Assessment Lead As WorkplaceNL’s Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the consistency, accuracy and fairness of employer registration, billing and account management processes and systems. You will determine coverage under the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 (the Act) and the Canadian Interjurisdictional Agreement (IJA) on Workers’ Compensation. You will be accountable for the provision of administrative, research, analytical expertise, and support to management relating to business processes, systems, operations and strategic goals. Through monitoring and reporting on the work of the Assessment Services Division, you ensure employers are compliant with the registration and reporting requirements of the Act and that assessment functions are effective, efficient and achieved in a cost-effective manner.
