Training Specialist Status: Exempt (salaried): Department: Operations: Position Summary: The Training Specialist is a key member of the Operations team responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that support the manufacturing and shop floor workforce at Plug Power. The position plays a critical role in building employee capability, driving operational consistency, and ensuring that all personnel are equipped to perform their roles safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Training Specialist is expected to lead training initiatives, mentor junior trainers, and collaborate cross-functionally to align training programs with evolving operational needs.
