The Field Excellence Manager is responsible for the operational execution of field excellence processes and initiatives for Therapeutic Areas (TAs), brands, or functions. The role ensures high-quality implementation of field execution models, KPIs, incentives, territory design, and reporting frameworks in line with International and country standards. The Field Excellence Manager works closely with the Execution Excellence Head to translate agreed field execution designs into effective, timely, and compliant implementation, acting as a trusted operational partner to TA, Sales, Value & Access and other relevant stakeholders. This role acts as country lead for International Executional initiatives (e.g. ICE).
