Job description

We are seeking a Precision Measurement Technician (2nd Shift) to join our federal team at our York, PA location in support of Navy Systems. Qualify in and perform the following non-destructive examination, procedure: dye penetrant tests and magnetic particle test. Quality in and perform setups, programming and operation of the coordinate measuring machine. Adjust, calibrate, certify and date instruments. Check, audit, measure, record, repair and calibrate precision gauges, measuring devices, including inspection of any special parts, jigs, fixtures, dies, assemblies and tools. Investigate a wide variety of assignments, such as tooling, fixtures, production operations, government coded and regulated packaging and shipping operations, instrument calibration and repair and receiving operations. We're keeping the Navy cool. Literally. Our team at the York (Grantley) Plant custom designs, develops and manufactures complex chilled water HVAC and refrigeration equipment for Navy vessels around the world.
