POSITION TITLE: Shuttle Driver POSITION SUMMARY: Shuttle truck driver will be responsible for shuttling product and raw materials between the manufacturing plant and our off site warehouses. This position will also back fill as a fork lift driver when business demands. REPORTING TO: Position reports to the Shipping supervisor, as well as superintendent and others as needed. POSITION RESPONSIBILITES: - Switch the trailers between various dock stations daily (555 Oak Ridge Road and 585 Oak Ridge Road). - Climb in & out of truck in order to unhook/hook the trailers up to the unit. - Tester must check the wheels of each trailer placed in a dock. - Drive truck with capacity of more than 3 tons to transport & deliver cargo, materials, or damaged vehicle. - Safe operation of company equipment. - Maintain cleanliness of vehicle. - Operate forklift as needed.
