This role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue analysis, and internal control processes to ensure fiscal integrity and operational efficiency. The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, identifying trends and variances, supporting month-end close processes, and providing actionable insights to leadership. This position plays a critical role in supporting agency-wide strategic initiatives, financial system optimization, and continuous process improvement. This role works closely with program leadership, accounting staff, compliance, and executive leadership to support informed decision-making and financial sustainability.
