Managed Services Account Executive Job Summary: The Managed Services Account Executive (MS-AE) drives growth, profitability, and client success for Pellera’s Managed Services portfolio across an assigned region. This role focuses on identifying strategic outsourcing and managed services opportunities, shaping outcome-based solutions, and maintaining strong executive-level client relationships. The MS-AE collaborates with presales architects, delivery leadership, and account teams to win large, complex engagements. Essential Functions: - Identify, qualify, and develop strategic Managed Services opportunities across assigned territory. - Serve as a thought leader in modern Managed Services, outsourcing models, and operational excellence. - Represent Pellera’s capabilities and value propositions to client executives and boards. - Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and client engagement. - Lead Managed Services pursuits through qualification, solution development, pricing, and closure. - Develop outcome-based service programs in partnership with pre-sales architects and operational leadership. - Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewal,...
