Job Description Business Analyst, Dispute Service: We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to support the ongoing development of our Dispute Service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing area within our Card Issuing unit. In addition to SaaS-enabling our dispute service you will also be working with improvements related to our BPO delivery, where our Dispute Operations is an important stakeholder. You will join the Dispute Product Management team, part of Product & Business Development CSS (Customer Support Services) within the Card Issuing unit at Tieto Banktech. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product & Business Development for CSS. What you will do: As a Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and development, ensuring that our dispute service meets expectations and delivers value. You will capture, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and follow them throughout the entire change lifecycle.
