We are seeking a dedicated and organized Specialty Care Patient Coordinator to support the Behavioral Health and Nutrition service lines. This role acts as a critical liaison between behavioral therapists , dietitians , and patients —ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer service . Selected Responsibilities: - Coordinate patient flow and scheduling for behavioral therapists and registered dietitians - Accurately check patients in/out and verify information in the system - Answer phone calls and electronic communications; relay messages promptly - Explain insurance benefits, service fees, and organizational policies to patients - Support online appointment rescheduling and monitor provider waitlists - Ensure required forms and documentation are complete...
