The Zillow Workspace team builds software that helps real estate professionals work more efficiently, and this team supports those experiences by developing the data and analytics capabilities that power agent and team workflows. About the role: We’re looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team building backend data and analytics capabilities for Zillow’s Industry Software suite. In this role, you’ll help shape the systems, datasets, and technical direction that enable real-time and offline insights for industry users, while supporting a high-performing engineering team and partnering across the business. You Will Get To: Lead the design and delivery of backend data and analytics platforms, including data services, metrics, pipelines, and datasets that power Industry Software applications. Lead, hire, and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and career support. Improve team processes to accelerate delivery and maintain high-quality execution.
