What’s the role?: As Damp, Mould and Disrepair Manager, you will lead a high‑profile service responsible for managing complex disrepair, damp and mould cases across the housing stock. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractors and legal partners, manage significant budgets, and ensure the Council meets its statutory, regulatory and health and safety obligations.
