Job description

Turning Point Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of a cloud-based system for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). Prior experience with similar systems in state government environments is critical to the success of this position. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the TurningPoint delivery team, owning all aspects of project governance, Agile execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the period of performance (POP). Location : Hybrid; Baltimore, Maryland: Key Impacts Include: - Lead end-to-end project delivery using an Agile/PMBOK hybrid methodology, managing sprints, releases, and milestone deliverables across a multi-disciplinary team. - Serve as the primary liaison between MSDE and TurningPoint, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating decision-making, and escalating issues proactively. - Own and maintain the Implementation Plan, including Solution Roadmap, Agile Implementation Plan, Interface Control Document, and Disaster Recovery Plan, with weekly updates per contract requirements. - Drive on-time delivery o...
