What Will You Do?: In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: - Direct supervision of production employees; - Manage employees as required; - Direct daily production meetings to review cell performance and provide training on various safety, production and quality topics; - Continuously work to improve performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost); - Monitor and participate on machine maintenance tasks; - Review and edit employee attendance records daily; - Coordinate production with other supervisors and production control personnel daily; - Monitor material Kanban and material control procedure compliance; - Assure compliance with quality system procedures; - Identify and respo...
