Job Description: Reports to : Quality and Safety Manager Job Purpose : The purpose of this position is to monitor, audit, inspect, and plan the quality of products and services in accordance with corporate quality procedures. This position also assists the Quality and Safety Manager in auditing Quality processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Develop sampling plans, quality standards, process control instructions for use by manufacturing in monitoring and reducing defects. - Work collaboratively with cross functional team on product development using APQP Core Tools, with the goal to identify and prevent defects prior to production. - Monitor internal nonconformances and customer complaints.
