Description Supervisor for Adult Services 3 Bed Personal Care Alternative One Full-Time Position. 40+ hours per week. This position oversees a 24/7 program. Organizational office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but the schedule for this role will vary and requires flexibility to work outside of these hours, including one rotating weekend day per week. Hiring Range: $22.52 - $24.55 / hr., depending upon education and experience. This position will remain open until filled. Required: Preferred: - High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum age 18. - Two years’ experience working with the adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - Bachelor’s Degree in related field. - Two or more years of experience successfully working with the I/DD population. - Two years supervisory experience at hire. - One year experience supervising in a residential setting.
