Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Endoscopy Technical Specialist, Team Lead to join our Endoscopy team! The Lead Endoscopy Technical Specialist serves as a key resource in the Endoscopy Department to monitor and coordinate the cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of endoscopic equipment and accessories to assure proper functioning and infection control, while maintaining a clean, safe environment in all areas. This position is responsible for supervision of the ordering and stocking of endoscopy supplies and equipment. This staff member aids in maintaining endoscopy procedure flow by coordinating & assisting with room set-up, patient transfer, room turnover and other duties as delegated under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Work Schedule: The Endoscopy Technician Team Lead works 10 ‑ hour shifts with rotating start times of 6:30 a.m., 7:00 a.m., and 7:30 a.m. The Team Lead is also assigned rotating late ‑ stay shifts to support end ‑ of ‑ day coverage and closing responsibilities.
