The Associate HR Business Partner, Drug Product supports the business by delivering high-quality, hands-on HR support to managers and employees across assigned areas. You will be part of the on-site HR team in Stein, supporting a fast-growing Drug Product manufacturing site within Lonza’s Integrated Biologics network. Working close to operations, you will play a key role in executing core HR processes, supporting managers in day-to-day people topics, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across the full lifecycle, from hire to retire.
