About the Job Based in Barcelona and part of Allianz Technology SL, you will own the governance and continuous improvement of our project portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, value realization, and transparency. Acting as the portfolio’s day-to-day owner, you will operate proactively and independently to maintain portfolio processes, coordinate demand intake, support prioritization, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear reporting that enables effective investment and delivery decisions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, finance, security, and operations to ensure an integrated view of the portfolio across scope, schedule, capacity, and financials. This role is ideal for a motivated, early-career professional with 2 years of experience who thrives on taking ownership, driving outcomes, and working with minimal supervision.
